UP! - Recital 2026 Quick Reference

Dancers  are to be checked in (far left door of auditoriums main entrance-see  picture ) with their class mom/supervisor 20-30 minutes prior to each  show start and will be escorted up to the balcony seating. For security  and safety parents are not allowed past door drop off point; unless they are a volunteer (with badge). 

Please  drop students off in dance shoes without any extra bags and belongings.  As those create a mess backstage and things get lost.

At the end of the show the dancers can be picked up on the stage. Please be patient as this might take some time with a line as we try  our best to be security conscious in matching kids with the correct  parents. For security and safety dancers cannot to be picked up until the show is over.

• Class Supervisors: Arrive 45 minutes before showtime (12:45pm & 3:15pm).
   
• Dancers: Arrive 20–30 minutes prior to showtime (your child will be with you.)
   
• Volunteer Check-In: Enter through the Dancer Entrance with your badge visible. No entry without a badge.
   

Class Supervisors

• Check dancers in using the role sheet.
   
• Escort class to their station; supervise and engage with them using provided activities.
   
• Keep group organized, quiet, and prepared for stage.
   
• Watch your class perform from the stage wing (Stage Left).
   
• Escort group back after performance.
   
• Rejoin and prepare for the Grand Finale.
   
• Sit onstage with your group during Finale, wave flowers, and check off each child at parent pick-up.
  
   

• Bring optional supplies: bobby pins, safety pins, coloring pages, quiet toys/games, simple snacks.
  
   

• Sit with your group during Finale.
   
• Use role sheet to check off each child at dismissal.
   
• Only release dancers to approved adults from the stage.
