Reflections Birthday INformation

• $175 ($157.50*) – Includes ½ hour Dance Instruction class and 1 hour of free time in the studio for your own games, cake, gifts etc. for 1.5 hrs total.

• $200 ($180*) - Includes 45 min Dance Instruction class and 45 min min of free time in the studio for your own games, cake, gifts etc. for 1.5 hrs total.

• $225 ($200*) – Includes 1 hour Dance Instruction class and 1 hour of free time in the studio for your own games, cake, gifts etc. for 2 hrs total.

• These rates and guidelines are subject to change.
• Book far in advance to assure availability.
• Reservations require a $50 non-refundable deposit (included in the total fee from above) and secures your date. If current student we will charge your account. Otherwise if not, then cash or check at the studio or with a card online (adding 3% fee).
• The rates include up to 10 guests but for 11-25 (max) guests add $12 per guest. (A party "guest" is someone invited / participating in the class (including birthday child). It is usually expected that 2-3 parents may also stay for the party but if it's more than 5 extra family / friends that would also be an extra charge as guests.)
• Cake, snacks & drinks basic we can do if you add $12 per guest (otherwise you can do it also).
• $40 add for us to do basic decorations (otherwise you can come 1/2 hr. ahead to decorate if needed)
• Table cloths you can bring or we can add plastic or cloth for $4 each table (max. 4 tables).
• The rates include 1/2 hr. prep time before and 1/2 hr. clean up time after. Add $25 for ea. extra 1/2 hr.
• This rental assumes the party time in Studio B on your own will be in control and supervised / directed with structured time activities - but if not then we will provide paid staff to run that for you. 
• This rental assumes you would do a basic clean up leaving the studio the same way you came. You will take out the trash. You can use our cleaning supplies, dry and wet mops if/as needed.
• If you want to leave the main basic cleaning to us just include an extra $25.
• Add $25 if you want everyone to use and dress up in our costumes.
• Add $25 per hour for an extra assistant to help you with whatever you need done.
• Add $75 if you want us to photo your event and put a min of 100 high quality photos on a CD for you.
• Add $100 if you want us to video portions of your event and put it on a DVD.
• You can let us know if you want the birthday music and dance to be a certain theme. Options could be Disney like Ballet Princess or rather more Jazz / Hip Hop like. We can make other variations of themes.
• The music, dance and instruction will be age appropriate.

Unless arranged otherwise typically we will start with the dance class at your party start time in Studio A. After the class your party would continue in Studio B where we will have tables & chairs set up for you to use (and decorate / arrange as you want).

Studio times available are most Sat. & Sun afternoons and eves and some weekdays (9am-3pm).
