Class withdrawal requires a minimum of one FULL month advance notice. Notice MUST be given by completing and submitting the below form. Email, phone, and verbal communications are not official withdrawals. Monthly billing will continue until an official withdrawal form is received as per the policies agreed on upon submitting registration, regardless of whether the student is in attendance or not.
Payment is required for one month/4 pro-rated weeks/30 days ahead of when the withdrawal form is received, regardless of whether or not class is taken during that month notice. For example, a withdrawal form received on December 1st would owe for the entire month of December. A withdrawal form received on December 7th would owe for all of December and 1 week (pro-rated 25% of monthly tuition rate) for January. A withdrawal form received on the 14th would owe for the entire month of December, plus two weeks of January, and a form received after the 21st would owe for December and three weeks of January. As with regular tuition, payments may be made by cash or by check, or online.
Your withdrawal is not official and complete until we have received payment for your last 30 days. Billing will continue until the final payment is made and the withdrawal process is completed, whether the student is in attendance or not. (Part of the reason is that the spot has been held for the student and now likely another student will come into that spot.)
We encourage and appreciate the commitment to the entire September to June school year, but we also recognize that there are some reasons that not everyone is able to make that commitment. If you are in more than one class, and you wish to drop only 1 class, and continue in the other, your withdrawal 30 day notice (fee) will be waived. Please still fill out a form.
If you have multiple children on your account, and one child will still be enrolled, but the other(s) are withdrawing, your withdrawal 30 day notice (fee) will be waived. Please still fill out a form.
This withdrawal process is a standard procedure form that helps us to keep track of attendance and tuition in class. Please feel free to give us any helpful feedback. Let us know if there is anything we could've done differently to have improved your time dancing at Reflections. We're sad to see you go and will miss you! We hope that you'll be back again soon. Thank you for coming!
If you come back in the same school year a smaller $10 re-registration fee is all that is required.
